The existing stucco around this new set of French doors was uneven. We removed it, re-lathed the opening, and applied a brown coat and finish coat to restore a clean, consistent surface.

Weather-resistive barrier, wire lath, and foam trim are installed as needed, existing damage is addressed, and adjacent areas are fully protected before application begins.
Material is applied and finished to specification by an experienced crew, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
We conduct a final walkthrough together to confirm the work meets your expectations before the job is closed out.

Traditional stucco is a cement-based coating applied directly over a substrate. EIFS, commonly referred to as synthetic stucco, incorporates a layer of rigid insulation beneath the finish coat, improving energy efficiency and allowing greater flexibility in texture and color.
